ANGER MANAGEMENT EVALUATIONS
Some people are required to complete an Anger Management Evaluation for work or court. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine how many anger management sessions are appropriate for each individual. Evaluations are scheduled by appointment by calling (678) 969-4188.
ALCOHOL & DRUG
Outpatient therapy for alcohol or drugs concerns may be appropriate in the early stages of dependance when you want to cut back and learn new coping skills. It is also appropriate for relapse prevention after you have been stabilized and have been able to sustain remission. Outpatient therapy for alcohol/ drugs is not always appropriate if you are in the midst of active addiction and need detox, in-patient support or a higher level of care such as a partial hospitalization program or intensive outpatient therapy.
Some people are required to complete an alcohol/drug evaluation for work or court. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine what level of care/ how many alcohol/drug sessions are appropriate for each individual. Evaluations are scheduled by appointment by calling (678) 969-4188.

FAMILY VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM(FVIP)
The Family Violence Intervention Program in the state of Georgia is a 24 week group program designed to assist men and women in learning new ways of interacting without the use of abusive and violent acts. Our goal is to decrease and eliminate domestic violence in Georgia. I work with men and women in a respectful and empathetic manner no matter what culture, age, race, education level and socioeconomic status. I strive to provide the safest and most enriching group atmosphere, utilizing experiential and educational learning tools, in order to create an atmosphere for positive changes. The group is open and participants may start attending as soon as they are ready to begin the journey. Both voluntary and court mandated individuals may participate in the group.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
